Cancellations:

Notice of cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions are permitted. Reservations cancelled prior to the end of business day February 26, 2010 will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled between February 27, 2010 and April 30, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 1, 2010.
