- Applies to flights booked to and from Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and West Palm Beach (PBI) airports between Friday May 7th and Sunday May 16th, 2010.
- Electronic ticketing must be issued for all eligible itineraries, otherwise a paper ticket fee will apply.
- Tickets may be purchased through the official agency, or by calling AA Meeting Services at 1-800-433-1790 ($20 fee applies to ticketing by phone). For AA ticketing the form of payment must be money order, certified/cashier check, valid credit card and a separate ticketing fee will apply. For airport purchase the ticketing charge is $30 per ticket.
- AADVANTAGE members may accrue mileage on Group & Meeting Travel subject to the rules of the AADVANTAGE program.
- AADVANTAGE upgrades are allowed after ticketing.
